Client Success Specialist

About The Position

The Client Success Specialist will own a client base, to onboard, train and hand-hold and will be their go-to contact for any technical related question. You will be the face of the company for our clients once they come onboard.


Responsibilities:

·        Establish consultative and trusted relationships with Datorama clients

·        Ensure client expectations are exceeded consistently

·        Transition new clients into the company seamlessly and create consistent delivery process across all clients

·        Understand client business goals and anticipate future needs to deliver optimal solutions

·        Conduct quarterly business reviews and check in points with key clients

·        Phenomenal communication skills and organized project management

·        Elicit client feedback to act as internal advocate for our clients

·        Communicate regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction and value delivery

·        Drive value and in turn upsell opportunities into Datorama’s existing client base

·        Develop best practices and process strategies across teams

·        Drive planning sessions to ensure client is able to fully leverage Datorama to meet their performance and operational efficiency goals


Requirements

· 3+ years previous commercial experience, preferably in the technology sector

· 1+ years experience developing Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing solutions 

· 1+ years experience in digital analytics, preferably in top tier media agency or Adtech vendor
·  Understanding of databases and data mapping
· Understanding of databases and data mapping
· Extensive experience using Excel and SQL
· Strong technical and problem solving skills
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Time management skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize own workload
·  Project management skills
· Deep understanding of the online advertising industry / eco-system
· Natural ability for consultative and solution-based selling
· Technology related B.S. or B.A. degree
