About The Position

The HR Operations Specialist will work within our global HR and Ops teams, to optimize Datorama’s HR processes. They will be responsible for facilitating efficient operations and accurate tracking of all things HR. This role will play a key role in scaling our growth.


  • Own and act as admin of our HRIS tool
  • Own and act as an admin our Recruiting system – in terms of tracking, reporting, data and analysis
  • Company KPIs and Benchmarks – tracking and reporting
  • Own the logistics and facilitation of the US Bootcamps, in partnerships with the Training team
  • Run the onboarding process for new hires: manage all paperwork, verify I-9 information
  • Own the employer branding in all social networks in partnership with the Marketing team
  • Own the HR & Ops content on our internal portal


  • 2-3 years of experience in an analytical and/or heavy reporting role
  • B.S./B.A. degree in Business related field preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Time management skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize own workload 
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent presentation, problem-solving and Excel skills
