As the Datorama team prepares to enter the second half of the year, we are happy to announce one of the company’s latest successes. Well, two, actually.
Not only once, but twice, Datorama was identified as one of the top places to work for 2018. For any business, one designation is a significant milestone. To be able to celebrate two recognitions — especially in such a short period of time — is a major happening for team Datorama.
In an evaluation conducted by Battery Ventures and one of its portfolio companies, Glassdoor, the joint effort ranked the top private cloud companies to work for. According to Battery, the Top 50 ranking reflects the employee feedback shared on Glassdoor’s website.
In addition, the well-known investment firm notes that “Such ratings are increasingly important as cloud and other technology firms, particularly smaller ones, fight harder than ever to attract and retain new talent.”
Datorama is pleased to have placed eighth in Battery Ventures & Glassdoor’s ranking of the Highest Rated Cloud Computing Companies to Work for.
The Business Intelligence Group’s (BIG) ranking was arrived at through a different method. BIG provided each nominated company with an online survey that was to be anonymously answered by a specific, targeted percentage of employees based on the organization’s total headcount. Once the initial threshold criteria was met, BIG conducted an evaluation to determine the top ranking organizations based on survey responses and their respective industry.
Datorama is honored to have been identified as a Best Place to Work in the software industry within the medium-sized business category.
“It’s always fulfilling to be honored with an award, but what makes The Business Intelligence Group’s designation special is that it was based solely on input from the Datorama team and benchmarked against our peers in the software category,” said Ran Sarig, CEO and Co-founder, Datorama. “Not only does that indicate to me that we’re providing our employees with a satisfactory experience relative to the market, but we’re exceeding our staff’s expectations. I know this will only further motivate us to continue optimizing our people-focused initiatives.”
